The Mohave County Recorder’s Office, Voter Registration Division, announced on Apr. 2 that identification card mailers have been sent to all active registered voters in Mohave County.

This mailing is part of ongoing efforts to keep voter registration records accurate and up to date. Accurate records are important for election integrity and ensuring eligible voters receive timely election information.

Voters are asked to review the information on their ID cards carefully. If all details are correct, no action is needed. Those who find errors should update their voter registration as soon as possible. Anyone who did not receive a card but believes they should have is encouraged to contact the office directly. The office also asks residents who receive a card for someone no longer living at their address to return it with “Not At This Address (NATA)” written on the folded card. If a household member has passed away, recipients are asked to provide a copy of the death certificate or complete the Deceased Voter Affidavit form available online; documents can be submitted by mail, email, or fax.

Mailers returned as undeliverable will be reviewed by the Recorder’s Office and may result in that voter’s registration being flagged for address verification according to state and federal law. A follow-up notice could be sent requiring confirmation or an update of address information so that voters remain on active rolls.

Residents with questions about this mailing can contact the Mohave County Recorder’s Office, Voter Registration Division at 700 W. Beale Street Kingman, AZ 86401 by phone at (928) 753-0767 or fax at (928) 718-4917. Voters can also review their registration online at My.Arizona.Vote or update it through AZMVDNow.gov.
