Rep. Leo Biasiucci, a Republican serving Arizona’s 30th House District since his election in 2023, has recently shared legislative intentions and commentary on financial issues through a series of posts on X (formerly Twitter).
On July 30, 2025, Biasiucci announced his plan to introduce new legislation related to property taxes: “I’ll be running a bill in Arizona next year to remove property taxes from properties that are paid in full. “
The following day, July 31, 2025, he highlighted the impact of mortgage interest rates on personal finances: “Just a friendly reminder how much a 3% interest rate difference on a 450k mortgage destroys your finances.
$450k @ 7% = $2,993 per month
$450k @ 4%= $2,148 per month
Could you use an extra $845 per month?
#EndTheFed”
Later that same day, Biasiucci expressed gratitude for an executive order issued by former President Donald Trump and referenced discussions about reinstating the Physical Fitness Challenge in Arizona with support from local organizations and public figures: “Thank you, @realDonaldTrump, for your executive order today! When we met with the @realDonaldTrump administration a couple of months ago, we spoke about Arizona bringing back the Physical Fitness Challenge with the help from @azabgc and @MikeTyson. I’m glad Arizona once again”
Biasiucci replaced Robert Meza as representative of Arizona’s 30th House District after being elected to the State House in 2023.
