Rep. Leo Biasiucci, a Republican member of the Arizona State House representing the 30th District since 2023, posted a series of tweets in September 2025 addressing border policy and reacting to the reported death of Charlie Kirk.

On September 8, 2025, Biasiucci criticized current immigration policies, stating: “You can’t open the borders to anyone and everyone like the Biden Administration, and so many other world leaders have done over the past four years, and expect zero consequences. A nation that fails to control who enters, why they are here, and what they bring to the table, is a https://t.co/UvsDlNczdL”.

Three days later, on September 11, 2025, he reflected on his first meeting with Charlie Kirk at a Trump rally in Bullhead City in 2020. He wrote: “This was the first time I met Charlie Kirk. It was in Bullhead City for the Trump rally in 2020.

Charlie was killed today because someone did not agree with his political and religious views. What has our society come to?

Please pray for his wife, children and family. https://t.co/i4KbdaXEkg“.

Later that same day, Biasiucci posted another message regarding Kirk’s death: “Pure evil. The devil is real. https://t.co/E1hFSBeybj”.

Biasiucci began serving as state representative after being elected in 2023 to succeed Robert Meza as representative for Arizona’s 30th House District.
