Rep. Leo Biasiucci, a Republican representing Arizona’s 30th House District since 2023, has raised questions on social media regarding border and education policies as well as medical licensure in the state.

On August 16, 2025, Biasiucci posted: “Did you know that children living in Mexico cross the U.S. border every morning to attend Arizona/Texas/New Mexico and California public schools for free?

Should this law be changed?”

Later that day, he commented on efforts related to foreign medical professionals: “They have tried this multiple times in Arizona. Thankfully, it has failed at the legislature every year.

We need to revamp our residency program and pump out more of our home grown medical students before we allow this. At the very least, licensed foreign doctors should have a”

The following day, August 17, Biasiucci addressed political double standards with another post: “So it’s only bad when Republicans do it? “

Biasiucci succeeded Robert Meza in the Arizona State House after being elected in 2023 to represent District 30.
