City of Bullhead issued the following announcement on Sept. 24
The publicity pamphlet for Proposition 415 will arrive in Bullhead City mailboxes later this week. Bullhead City voters are being asked about granting the City authority to acquire EPCOR’s water assets in the community along with borrowing capacity to purchase the system. A “For” vote (Yes) grants the City such authority. A “Against” vote (No) denies the City such authority.
The publicity pamphlet strives to educate voters about Proposition 415 and includes arguments submitted by the public for and against 415. This is an all mail ballot whereby registered voters will receive the ballot in their mailboxes and are asked to mail it back to Mohave County Elections for tallying prior to November 5.
