City of Kingman issued the following announcement on Nov. 22
Beginning December 1, 2019, the centralized recycling drop site, located at the Kingman Public Works Department, 3700 East Andy Devine Avenue, will be closed on Sundays.
The new drop off hours will be:
7am-3:30pm Monday-Friday
7am-12noon Saturday
CLOSED SUNDAYS
Public works members ARE on-hand to help people drop off the correct items for recycling during those hours
Acceptable items are:
Glass bottles
Plastics #1 & #2 only
Aluminum cans
Paper and newspapers (no magazines or junk mail)
Cardboard
Steel, aluminum, and tin cans
