Gilbert's Environmental Services Department has a few tips for cleanup:
Haul It Yourself
We offer self-haul waste removal every 30 days at no charge for Gilbert residents. This service is especially ideal for tree and tree limb disposal as there aren’t any special preparation guidelines.
Don't Overfill Your Can
Please do not overload your trash can with garbage or storm debris. All contents must fit inside the can with the lid closed in order for our drivers to safely provide service.
Bulk Trash Pickup Guidelines
Wondering when your next bulk trash pickup is? Visit gilbertaz.gov/bulktrash for our online schedule, program guidelines and list of acceptable items. Tree trimmings must be no larger than 5 feet in length and 12 inches in diameter for our bulk trash program.
