Candidate Forum June 29, 2022
The Lake Havasu Area Chamber of Commerce has partnered with KNTR-FM and Today’s News-Herald to present a Candidates Forum on Wednesday, June 29 at 6:00 p.m.
Candidates running opposed in the primary, for the offices of City Council, US House of Representatives CD9, AZ Governor, LD 30 State House and Senate will be invited to participate. Each candidate will have the opportunity for a short introduction (no longer than 90 seconds), and to respond to a minimum of two questions. There will be a time limit on answers and the questions will come from area residents in advance of the event and/or forum organizers. Questions will not be distributed prior to the event.
Format: Questions will be posed by an editor of Today’s News-Herald.
The public is invited to submit questions for consideration to elections@havasunews.com
The sponsor groups will choose the questions.
