Two short professional videos are now available on YouTube for Mohave County voters to view. They both explain ways to vote, how the election process works, important dates and other information. Few counties offer as detailed a look at election info in a video. Produced by the Mohave County Communications Department, narration is by nationally known announcer Shadoe Stevens.
Videography is by Good Vibe Production’s Ricky Van Lent. The “Just Vote” videos feature County Recorder Kristi Blair on one of them and Elections Director Allen Tempert on the other. Among other things, an explanation is offered as to the difference in election duties in Arizona of a county recorder and a county elections director. The two videos will be updated as each upcoming election approaches. Additionally, the nonpartisan videos encourage simply stepping forward and voting in the November 8 general election, hence the title, “Just Vote.” The videos can be accessed on YouTube by typing in “just vote mohave”, lower or upper case and both videos pop up.
