FOIA Request to Mohave County Regarding Elections Voting Machines Pre-Election Test Report on October 30, 2024.
As part of our ongoing commitment to provide comprehensive and accurate news coverage on local governmental affairs, we at Mohave Today have submitted a request for records under the Arizona Public Records Law § 39.101 et seq. Our request specifically targets the pre-election test reports for elections voting machines.
We are seeking these reports in PDF format and are particularly interested in the following details: the date of the test, the machine's manufacturer, its model number, and whether it passed or failed the test.
Our role as a media organization involves gathering and reporting news to the public. Access to public records is essential for us to fulfill our professional responsibilities, which include holding public institutions accountable and providing transparency to the public.
