Mohave Community College issued the following announcement on Aug. 31
Angela Foltz and Betty Emmons were awarded $250 for their “Mohave Magic Salsa” – the grand prize winner in the college’s 50th Anniversary Event – Hot Havasu Nights Salsa Recipe Contest.
