Bullhead City, Arizona, Government issued the following announcement on Sept. 8.
Vice Mayor Kathy Bruck presents former City Councilman Mark Clark with his 12 years of service award. Kathy excepted Mark‘s award last week at the annual Arizona League of Cities and Towns convention because Mark was busy running the city’s new water company.
Mark was appointed as the City’s Utility Director several months ago in anticipation of taking over the water company.
