Mohave County issued the following announcement on Jan. 20.
The Mohave County Health Department (MCDPH) Nursing staff has been notified of 1,091 new confirmed COVID-19 cases reported since Tuesday noon. There are also 5 deaths newly reported. ALL 5 are previously reported positive cases.
Three of the deaths are 70-79 persons from the Bullhead City service area. One death is a 70-79 person in the Kingman service area. The 5th death is a 60-69 person from the Lake Havasu City service area.
ALL 1,091 new confirmed positive cases remain under investigation.
Of the 1,091 new confirmed cases, there are 487 confirmed cases in the Bullhead City service area. There are 306 new confirmed cases in the Kingman service area. There are
277 new confirmed cases in the Lake Havasu City service area. There are 5 new confirmed cases in the North County service area. There are 16 new confirmed cases in an Undetermined or Unknown area of the county.
Of the 487 new confirmed cases in the Bullhead City area, 46 are 0-10; 70 are 11-19; 57 are 20- 29; 71 are 30-39; 56 are 40-49; 80 are 50-59; 54 are 60-69; 39 are 70-79; 12 are 80-89; 2 are 90+.
Of the 306 new confirmed cases in the Kingman area, 30 are 0-10; 38 are 11-19; 34 are 20-29; 46 are 30-39; 37 are 40-49; 49 are 50-59; 43 are 60-69; 25 are 70-79; 4 are 80-89.
Of the 277 new confirmed cases in the Lake Havasu City area, 25 are 0-10; 28 are 11-19; 30 are 20-29; 39 are 30-39; 28 are 40-49; 44 are 50-59; 38 are 60-69; 35 are 70-79; 9 are 80-89. Of the 5 new confirmed cases in the North County area, 1 is 0-10; 2 are 11-19; 2 are 20-29. Of the 16 new confirmed cases in an Unknown/Undermined area of the county, 2 are 0-10; 3 are 11-19; 1 is 20-29; 2 are 30-39; 4 are 50-59; 1 is 60-69; 3 are 70-79.
