The Mohave County Department of Public Health’s Arizona Health Zone staff will be conducting a six-part “Seed to Supper” program over a three week period in Bullhead City. The series will take participants from vegetable/fruit garden development to the harvest.

The series can benefit both first-time gardeners or those with little experience. The presentations will be conducted from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. on June 4, 11, and 18, at the Bullhead City Mohave County Library, 1170 Hancock Rd. Each day will involve two, one-hour presentations. Seed to Supper is an opportunity to learn how to grow affordable, healthy, nutritious, and tasty foods at home. The series is free and is open to the public. However, seating is limited to 60 participants, which will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis. For more information, please contact Zen Mocarski at MocarZ@mohave.gov
