It was standing room only on Wednesday, December 14, 2022, as city employees and officials, neighboring law enforcement officers, and the community came to wish Police Chief Dan Doyle warm wishes and a happy upcoming retirement after 34 years of serving the community of Lake Havasu City.
Chief Doyle will officially hand off the reigns of the department’s highest rank to Captain Troy Stirling on December 17, 2022. Troy was selected to become the next Chief of Police after a nationwide search was conducted for the position.
