Chandler, Arizona - Mayor Kevin Hartke and the Neighborhood Preservation Division of Chandler recently hosted the annual Chandler Mayor HOA Roundtable. The event, aimed at homeowners association residents, took place on January 17th at the ASU Chandler Innovation Center.
The roundtable featured Beth Mulcahy, Esq. of Mulcahy Law Firm, P.C. as the keynote speaker. Mulcahy provided a legislative update and discussed its impacts on HOA communities. Additionally, the Code Enforcement team from Chandler gave an overview of the top code violations in HOAs.
