On Memorial Day, Congressman Paul Gosar and his wife Maude honored fallen heroes who have served the country. "We will never forget," Gosar stated, urging veterans or their families in Arizona’s Ninth Congressional District needing assistance with the Department of Veterans Affairs to contact his office.

Gosar criticized President Biden's economic policies, labeling them as "Bidenflation" and highlighting increased costs for Memorial Day activities. He cited rising prices for groceries, travel, and accommodations since January 2021.

In legislative updates, Gosar cosponsored H.R. 8481, the Emergency Community Care Notification Time Adjustment Act. This bill aims to extend the notification deadline for emergency care at non-VA facilities from within 72 hours of treatment to 72 hours after discharge.

He also introduced H.R. 8517, the La Paz County Solar Energy and Job Creation Act, which proposes transferring 3,400 acres of federal land to La Paz County for renewable energy development. Gosar emphasized that this would enhance local tax bases and create economic opportunities.

Additionally, Gosar introduced H.R. 8518, the Responsibility in Federal Contracting Act. The bill mandates that wages for public works projects be calculated using statistics from the Bureau of Labor Statistics rather than a previously used formula.

Gosar expressed strong disapproval of the Biden Administration's condolences following the death of Iranian President Raisi in a helicopter crash. He labeled Raisi as responsible for numerous human rights abuses.

The newsletter included responses to constituents' letters on various topics such as border security and allegations regarding President Biden's directives during an FBI raid on Mar-a-Lago.

Furthermore, it featured a section encouraging readers to subscribe to the newsletter and share their photos for a chance to be featured as "Picture of the Week."

Finally, Gosar provided links to news stories featuring him on issues like illegal border crossings and government funding of underage gender transitions.
