Representative Paul A. Gosar, D.D.S (AZ-09), expressed support for H.R. 1526, the No Rogue Rulings Act, aimed at restraining federal district court judges from hindering the policies of former President Trump. Gosar publicly shared his reasons behind the vote, characterizing certain judges as 'woke' and 'activist,' claiming they block or delay Trump's initiatives.

Gosar conveyed his belief that "unable to win at the ballot box, Democrats have turned to liberal, woke activist judges to block or stall President Trump’s America First agenda." He cited that President Trump had exposed corruption in government agencies, causing "the radical left... to protect the bloated and corrupt federal bureaucracies."

He elaborated that these actions cause Democrats to "litigate every Trump administration policy," perceiving this as an effort to "retard his authority to govern." According to Gosar, "these unelected rogue judges... are siding with radical Democrats in Congress to subvert our democracy."

Gosar emphasized the original intent of the U.S. Constitution to maintain checks and balances across governmental branches. He contended, "rather than continuing the recent practice of issuing nationwide universal rulings, The No Rogue Rulings Act stops rogue federal judges from stalling President Trump's agenda by requiring that the rulings be narrowly tailored."
