21 New COVID-19 Cases Since Wednesday Noon Plus 3 New Deaths 28,954 Total Positives / 826 Total Deaths

Mohave County issued the following announcement on Oct. 8.

The Mohave County Health Department (MCDPH) Nursing staff has been notified of 121 new confirmed COVID-19 cases reported since Wednesday noon. There are also 3 new deaths, and ALL of them are previously reported positive cases. 

Two of the reported deaths are in the Kingman service area. One is 60-69 and one is 70-79. The 3rd reported death is an 80-89 person in the Bullhead City service area. Of the 121 new confirmed positive cases, ALL remain under investigation. Of the 121 new confirmed cases, there are 45 new confirmed cases in the Bullhead City service area There are 44 new confirmed cases in the Kingman service area. There are 29 new confirmed cases in the Lake Havasu City service area. There are 2 new confirmed cases in the North County service area. 

There is 1 new confirmed case in an Undetermined or Unknown area of the county. Of the 45 new confirmed cases in the Bullhead City area, ten are 11-19; five are 20-29; nine are 30-39; six are 40-49; six are 50-59; four are 60-69; two are 70-79; three are 80-89. Of the 44 new confirmed cases in the Kingman area, two are 0-10; one is 11-19; eight are 20-29; ten are 30-39; eleven are 40-49; six are 50-59; five are 60-69; one is 70-79. Of the 29 new confirmed cases in the Lake Havasu City area, one is 0-10; two are 11-19; two are 20-29; four are 30-39; five are 40-49; six are 50-59; four are 60-69; four are 70-79; one is 80-89. Of the 2 new confirmed cases in the North County area, one is 20-29 and one is 30-39. The 1 new confirmed case in an Unknown/Undetermined area of the county is a 30-39 person.

AVERAGE AGE OF CASES SINCE CASE #1: 45.3
