Mohave County issued the following announcement on Oct. 15.
The Mohave County Health Department (MCDPH) Nursing staff has been notified of 144 new confirmed COVID-19 cases reported since Wednesday noon. There are also 3 new deaths reported.
Two of the 3 new deaths reported are from previously reported positive cases. One is a 50-59 person from the Bullhead City service area. The 2nd death is a 60-69 individual from the Kingman service area.
The 3rd death is also one of the 144 new cases and not a previously reported positive case. It is an 80-89 person in the Lake Havasu City service area. Of the 144 new confirmed positive cases, ALL remain under investigation. Of the 144 new confirmed cases, there are 60 new confirmed cases in the Bullhead City service area There are 44 new confirmed cases in the Kingman service area.
There are 38 new confirmed cases in the Lake Havasu City service area. There are 2 new confirmed cases in the North County service area.
There are 0 new confirmed cases in an Undetermined or Unknown area of the county. Of the 60 new confirmed cases in the Bullhead City area, seven are 0-10; eighteen are 11-19; three are 20-29; seven are 30-39; nine are 40-49; eight are 50-59; four are 60-69; three are 70-79; one is 80-89. Of the 44 new confirmed cases in the Kingman area, two are 0-10; two are 11-19; seven are 20- 29; six are 30-39; two are 40-49; ten are 50-59; eleven are 60-69; two are 70-79; one is 80-89; one is 90+. Of the 38 new confirmed cases in the Lake Havasu City area, one is 0-10; three are 11-19; three are 20-29; five are 30-39; seven are 40-49; five are 50-59; three are 60-69; four are 70-79; six are 80-89(and that includes the one new confirmed case that is also a death reported above); one is 90+.
Of the 2 new confirmed cases in the North County area, one is 20-29 and one is 40-49.
