The Women, Infant and Children (WIC) program is here to help WIC families

Family

The Women, Infant and Children (WIC) program is here to help WIC families navigate through the nationwide shortage of infant formula. Unfortunately, WIC clinics do not have formula on-site but you may call the WIC clinic nearest to you (Kingman- 928-753-0794; Bullhead City- 928-758-0722; Lake Havasu City – 928-453-0716) to speak with staff about alternative infant formulas that may be available at your local WIC vendor.  Please use the following link for more information WIC program helping families navigate nationwide shortage of infant formula – AZ Dept. of Health Services Director's Blog (https://directorsblog.health.azdhs.gov/wic-program.../).

If you would like to determine if you and/or your family are eligible for WIC, please call your nearest WIC clinic or visit the participant portal: https://www.myazwic.com/”
