Biasiucci's public communications encompassed both developments in food safety legislation and reactions to recent political actions.

On April 14, 2025, Biasiucci expressed his excitement about hosting Secretary Kennedy at the Arizona Capitol to mark the passage of his bills, HB2164 and HB2165. Both bills aim to ensure that school children are consuming food free from harmful dyes and chemicals. He stated, "It was an honor welcoming @SecKennedy to the Arizona Capitol last week to celebrate the passing of my bills HB2164 and HB2165. Republicans and Democrats are united in making sure our school children are eating foods without toxic dyes and chemicals! #MAHA @RobSchneider".

Later the same day, Biasiucci announced a significant legislative success. He reported that his bill, HB2164, which bans ultra-processed foods in school meals, was officially enacted into law in Arizona. In his statement, he said, "Breaking News! My bill, HB2164: banning of ultra processed foods in school meals, was just signed into law in Arizona! #MAHA".

However, Biasiucci expressed disappointment in a tweet posted on April 16, 2025, after his bill, HB2165, was vetoed. HB2165 intended to regulate the use of food stamps to ensure they are spent on essential foods rather than non-nutritious items. He voiced his concerns, "I was disappointed to see the veto of my bill, HB2165. I will always support providing a hand up to those whom are in need. But to take the position that soda helps fight hunger is wild. Food stamps should be used for essential foods, not items that provide zero nutritional".
